While you might feel like you are on holidays at a luxury island resort, you are in fact at home in 'downtown' Mansfield...and what an amazing place to call home!, Every part of the day is enjoyable here. You can take a morning walk to the Botanic Park and grab a barista made coffee on your way home. If you're working remotely there's a lovely big home office as well as a versatile studio nestled in the amazing gardens. The afternoon's the perfect time to take a moment or two to relax on the deck under the shade of the beautiful leafy trees and watch the kids swim in the fully tiled salt water pool. If night rolls around and you don't feel like cooking you can stroll back into 'town' to enjoy dinner prepared by the chefs at one of the local restaurants or hotels. If you are a budding master chef yourself, you will appreciate the big gas range in the kitchen and the established vegetable and herb gardens. There's also a great selection of productive fruit trees, and if you want to be completely self sufficient you could run your own stock in the paddocks bordered by Ford Creek. The neighbour's cattle are currently keeping the grass down but perhaps you want to set up the property for your horses. Mansfield Pony Club events are held just next door on the other side of the showgrounds. , The heritage style home has been thoughtfully renovated and extended over the years.
