There's a gas hot water system and gas fridge, plus solar panels and battery for power. The pot belly stove keeps the place nice and warm in winter and there is no shortage of firewood on the property. There's a 14,500 litre rainwater tank and a spring fed dam with a pump, plus a 2 car garage and separate machinery shed. Please note this is a weekender, not a full time residence. There is no certificate of occupancy. , , 'Polly McQuinns' is less than 10 minutes away and is well worth a visit, especially if you want to cool off on a hot summer's day.
